Abolish & Criminalise
Abortion
The goal of Abolish Abortion Australia is the total and immediate abolition of abortion in Australia as well as equal justice for all involved, including justice served to abortionists, mothers, fathers and medical practitioners. AAA seeks equal protection for all humans including the pre-born human from fertilisation.

Abortion Laws by State
Abortion is legal in all states and territories in Australia, typically up to a certain gestational age (usually 22–24 weeks), with additional restrictions thereafter.
In later stages of pregnancy, abortion may still be permitted in limited cases:
- When there are serious health risks to the mother
- When the baby has severe or life-threatening abnormalities
To fully understand the extent of this injustice in our land, see the following HealthDirect article. The website, run by the Australian government, even highlights how unfair it is that some women in America can't access abortion as easily as those in Australia. It is telling that a nation shedding its own innocent blood so freely would pause to scold another for making the process slightly less convenient.
